DOMESTIC (GERMANY) SHIPPING TERMS:
We are proudly based in Berlin, Germany. If your address is based in Germany than you are part of the Domestic Shipping category. Willkommen!
All domestic (Germany) shipments are sent with the Deutsch Post. We ship all tubes first class priority mail and include tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance on every package. If you are not at the address provided on your PayPal account at time of delivery, the mailman will leave at your address a postal notice slip. It is then your responsibility to take this slip to the post office listed and retrieve your package.
We ship orders out within 5-10 business days from time of your purchase. Only upon request will we send you your tracking number. If you don’t request it then we don’t provide this service. To ensure safe delivery of your artwork(s) we package all works with the utmost care, using high quality packing materials and thick walled tubes / boxes. In the unlikely event of an artwork being lost or damaged please see topic # 6) 'LOSS & DAMAGE' outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS.

All International shipments are sent with D.H.L. INTERNATIONAL. We ship all tubes first class priority mail and include tracking, and insurance on every package. We ship orders out within 5-10 business days from time of your purchase. Only upon request will we send you your tracking number. If you don’t request it then we don’t provide this service. To ensure safe delivery of your artwork(s) we package all works with the utmost care, using high quality packing materials and thick walled tubes / boxes. In the unlikely event of an artwork being lost or damaged please see topic # 6) 'LOSS & DAMAGE' outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Expect International shipping to be between 6-8 weeks from the date of your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS + IMPORT CHARGES.
The shipping charges that are incorporated into your bill automatically from our shopping cart, and reflected in your invoice from us are for the actual shipping of the item into your country only. Please be aware that each country may have its own “Import Duty”, “VAT”, “Parcel Force” and other additional custom charges that they levy on the package before delivery. You may want to check with your local post office or custom office to find out just what these charges may be. High 5 LLC., of course, does not assume any responsibility for these extra charges that may be incurred by your local post office in your country, and therefore these additional charges are your own responsibility.
#2 ) When do you ship my order? How long does it take to receive my order?
From time of purchase, orders are packaged and shipped with 5-10 business days of your completed transaction.
Domestic: Germany deliveries take between 2-5 business days. We send all packages Deutsch Post 1st class priority.
International: D.H.L. International states it takes between 6-8 weeks for your package to arrive from our Berlin studio to all global destinations. Please email email@example.com if you have not received your International delivery any later than 6-8 weeks from date of purchase. We will do our best to help track your package. In the unlikely event of your package being lost in transit please see # 6 of our Terms & Conditions.
#3 ) Can I ship my order to an address that is not on my PayPal account?
Unfortunately not! We will send all packages to the address on file on your PayPaladdress at time of purchase. We are not held responsible in the event your mailing address information is incorrect, or not updated. Please verify your correct name and address are accurate prior to purchasing to ensure your package safely arrives to you.
#4 ) Packaging:
We know that our packages can go through a lot from our studio to your doorstep. We pack all prints between two sheets of kraft, and acid free tissue paper. We pay extra for the thickest walled tubes available, to ensure your print arriving safe and sound to you. All artworks are mint / undamaged at time of being packaged and sent. Any artworks received that are damaged during transit are the fault of the German D.H.L. company We insure all prints, so it would be your responsibility to file this claim with DHL.
